DEVELOP ECOLOGICAL CONSCIOUSNESS

The future is in our hands. Climate change isn’t new, and treating it like taboo amongst the youth gives no sense of global citizenship. As a human on earth, we are obligated to give back to the land that’s raised us. How can we prioritize solving climate change if we don’t even know what it is? Every action we make and step we take must be mindful of its environmental consequences. We cannot just exist in the ‘now’ and live life like there will be no next generation to deal with the consequences of our actions. Our ancestors learned warfare so we can learn of the arts in peace. Now, it’s our turn—we must learn ecological conciousness so our descendants can learn about anything they want on a living, breathing planet.
